RAFFLE TERMS & RULES
These Raffle Terms & Rules (“Rules”) govern all raffle ticket purchases made through Amped Out Machines LLC (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a raffle ticket through this website, you agree to be bound by these Rules in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Rules, do not purchase a raffle ticket.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Raffle participation is open only to individuals who:
Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry
Are legally eligible to participate under applicable federal, state, and local laws
Are not employees, contractors, officers, or immediate family members of Amped Out Machines LLC
Raffles may be void where prohibited by law. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure eligibility.
3. RAFFLE PERIOD
The raffle entry period begins and ends on the dates specified on the applicable raffle ticket product page. All entries must be received before the stated closing time to be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Entries are obtained by purchasing a raffle ticket through the Amped Out Machines website.
Each raffle ticket equals one (1) entry
Ticket bundles provide multiple entries as stated on the product page
Ticket numbers are assigned electronically at checkout
All ticket numbers are recorded electronically by the Sponsor
No free or alternative methods of entry are offered unless explicitly stated.
5. TICKET PURCHASES
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
Tickets may not be transferred, resold, or reassigned
A limited hold period may apply while tickets are in a shopping cart
Tickets are not considered entered until checkout is completed
Sponsor reserves the right to reject or void any entry suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Rules.
6. PRIZES
Prize descriptions, quantities, and approximate retail values are listed on the raffle ticket product page or related promotional materials.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranties, express or implied. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prize Fulfillment and Delivery: Prize fulfillment timelines may vary depending on the specific product awarded, availability, and shipping requirements. Some prizes may take several weeks to be delivered to the winner. Amped Out Machines LLC will communicate estimated delivery timeframes after winner confirmation and will make reasonable efforts to fulfill prizes in a timely manner.
Minimum Ticket Requirement: If the minimum number of tickets required for the advertised Grand Prize is not sold by the end of the raffle period, Amped Out Machines LLC reserves the right to designate the highest value available prize at the time of the drawing as the Grand Prize.
7. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the raffle period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
Drawing will occur on or about the date specified on the raffle ticket product page
Ticket holders do not need to be present to win
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. Initial winner notification will be made by phone. Once the winner’s identity and eligibility are confirmed by phone, a follow-up email will be sent to the email address on file to document the win and provide next steps for prize acceptance.
If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within a reasonable time, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, Amped Out Machines LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. TAXES AND FEES
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or reporting requirements associated with prize acceptance.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Amped Out Machines LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Participation in the raffle
Acceptance or use of any prize
Technical failures, including website, payment, or email issues
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries.
11. DISPUTES
All disputes arising from or relating to the raffle shall be resolved individually and governed by the laws of the state in which Amped Out Machines LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time if circumstances beyond its control compromise the fairness or integrity of the raffle.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the raffle.
