Scooter Classification & Risk

I acknowledge that the scooter provided for this test ride is a motor-powered vehicle and may reach speeds up to 35 MPH. I understand that riding carries risk of injury, death, or property damage. I voluntarily accept these risks.

Rider Responsibilities & Rules

I agree that I will not ride while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication. I will follow all traffic laws, staff instructions, and ride only within the designated test area or route. I will not perform stunts, wheelies, racing, or reckless maneuvers. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that a parent/legal guardian has signed below. I agree to wear a helmet at all times.

Property Damage / Indemnity

I agree to be financially responsible for damage to the scooter, equipment, or other property caused by my negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amped Out Machines from claims arising from my failure to follow instructions, rules, or safety requirements.

Safety Briefing & Pre-ride Inspection

I confirm that Amped Out Machines staff provided a basic operation and safety briefing, including throttle use, braking, emergency stop, and route boundaries. I also confirm that staff performed a visual safety check before the ride. I agree to stop immediately and report any mechanical, braking, throttle, steering, or handling issue.

Media Release (Optional)

I give Amped Out Machines permission to capture and use photos or videos of me for marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes.
